Surinder Chinai, REALTOR®

I was born and raised in Vancouver and moved to Los Angeles (West Side) in 2001 for a management career opportunity with Hilton Hotels. I hold a Hotel Planning and Design Certificate from Cornell University and a Hospitality Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I started my real estate career in the 1990’s, having first worked for a Canadian developer (Intrawest/Intracorp) on one of their award-winning residential projects, and then working as an independent real estate professional for Sutton West Coast Realty. I obtained my California Real Estate License in 2004. I am now a Southern California residential real estate professional specializing in the sale, purchase, and lease of luxury coastal and desert properties – primary residences, second homes, and vacation homes. I feel blessed to live in both cities (Los Angeles and Vancouver) year-round and call them both “homes”. It is a dream come true!

My name is Paula Naples and I've been involved in the real estate business since the early 2000's, buying and selling several of my own properties in the Los Angeles and Desert areas. My expertise in the field stems from my personal experience as a real estate investor and homeowner in various areas such as Malibu, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Hollywood Hills, and Palm Springs.
Prior to my career in real estate, I owned and operated Pure Sense by Paula, a company specializing in custom bath and body products. Through this experience, I developed a keen sense of customer service and attention to detail that I now bring to my real estate practice.
Aside from my passion for real estate, I also have an interest in interior design, landscape design, and architecture. I am always eager to learn and discuss all aspects of the industry with my clients. How We Met
Paula Naples and Surinder Chinai met in 2012 when Paula owned a bath and body retail store on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica.
Surinder walked into Paula’s store one day… and never left! All joking aside, they became good friends after learning they shared similar interests and love of all things beautiful…such as interior design, architecture, art, food, and natural healthy living.
Surinder always dreamt of being a snowbird. Since 2017, she has been traveling frequently between Los Angeles and Vancouver and loves living in her two beautiful coastal homes. In 2021 Paula bought an investment property in Palm Springs. She uses the property as a second home and as a vacation rental using various short term rental online platforms. They both decided to join forces in 2022 and focus on a niche market of clients who have similar desires to own second homes/vacation rentals and small investment properties along the California coast and desert.
